Channing Johnson is a trained photojournalist with a degree from a prestigious journalism school. After working as a newspaper staff photographer he began freelancing for prominent national publications. Today he documents weddings unobtrusively with a keen eye for the authentic moments.

Declan

Sarah Lyn was a bridesmaid in Emily and Matt's wedding in September. That's how I came to spend a beautiful afternoon with her husband Peter and their adorable son Declan. We let Declan set the tone and just hung out around the house documenting this special time in their lives. I'm imagining Declan looking at these pictures one day and having no doubt just how much his parents love him.
