House Blessing

Our house had been in the previous owner's family for 60 years. Two years ago when we bought the home they left behind this house blessing. I'm sure it was hard for them to leave, and giving us the framed blessing was very thoughtful. Over the past two months we've been gutting and rebuilding the entire first floor, probably the first significant update in at least 30 years. We want to make the house our own, but we also want to honor its history. We sealed the blessing in the wall so it will always be a part of our home. Here's a little gift for whoever does the next big renovation.
