A bee stung Diana in the eye about an hour before her and Doug's wedding ceremony. Catastrophic, right? I would have thought so, but with about a dozen medical professionals in attendance (including Diana), the swelling never really head a chance to start. Instead of tears of pain and disappointment, there were tears of hysterical laughter. Diana could have freaked out (and maybe internally she was) but she held it together and laughed at how perfectly ridiculous the situation was. And I'm guessing you can't even tell me which eye her sister pulled a stinger out of. The collision with nature was the most ridiculous part of Diana and Doug's wedding day, but it was only an occasional punch line by the time their fun wedding reception got rolling along. I didn't have the opportunity to meet Diana and Doug before their wedding, but I was really pleased to learn what a great fit we were. Congratulations, guys!
