Channing Johnson is a trained photojournalist with a degree from a prestigious journalism school. After working as a newspaper staff photographer he began freelancing for prominent national publications. Today he documents weddings unobtrusively with a keen eye for the authentic moments.

Kate and Patrick got married at St. Mary of the Assumption and Le Méridien. I discovered they both are hilarious, and I caught myself laughing out-loud multiple times throughout the day. Doing my job became particularly difficult when a pumpkin started flying back and forth over the dance floor. I couldn't stop laughing, and I was trying to make sure I went home without any pumpkin-related injuries. That was a fun one. Congratulations, Kate and Patrick!
