Channing Johnson is a trained photojournalist with a degree from a prestigious journalism school. After working as a newspaper staff photographer he began freelancing for prominent national publications. Today he documents weddings unobtrusively with a keen eye for the authentic moments.

Chelsea and Morgan

Chelsea and Morgan came all the way from England to get married at The Chanler in Newport. I loved the heightened sense of pageantry provided by the women's hats and the men's long coats (photographers love hats). The toasts at the reception where all touching and funny. And Chelsea and Morgan were extremely sweet and such a pleasure to work with. Congratulations, guys!
